Scope of delivery

The OEE box is delivered fully assembled in a Spelsberg AK14 distributor.

Power is supplied via a fixed 230V terminal connection. The clock signals (OK and not OK or output) are connected using 24 volt inputs. 24 volts for the sensors (light barrier or proximity sensor) is brought out. A USB socket is provided on the underside for the barcode scanner. The network connection is made via an external RJ45 connector. For details, please see here Installation.

The OEE box consists of several components:

• A small industrial PC, the Andino X1.
• An uninterruptible power supply, the Andino UPS
• A 3 color LED traffic light
• A barcode scanner
• A 24 volt power supply (25 watts)
• A 230V 6A circuit breaker

System requirements

The OEE Box can be connected to your network via an RJ45 line. When delivered, the box automatically obtains an IP address.

You can make settings with a standard browser (Firefox, Chrome or Edge) on a PC. The reporting tool creates reports in PDF format for which you need a viewer (Acrobat Reader or similar).
